As an Asst. City Manager at San Anonio City Hall - T C Boradnax is smack dab in the middle of a six year criminal cover-up of three decades of public/police corruption, theft, fraud, accounting fraud, grant fraud, falsification of government documents, "fraud upon the court", civil rights violations, abuse of official capacity violations, color of the law violations, etc.
Broadnax ignored all correspondence in the past like a good little city official. Today we asked Broadnax to contact us and help us expose the theft/fraud concerning funds he was responsible for. Watch what he does in response to our written request. We'll keep you in the loop.
City officials and law enforcement refuse to follow the law, the City Charter, the Local Government Code. OMB regulations, etc. They believe that they are above the law.
They continue to hide the crimes and violate additional laws in the process. Most recently the City submitted fraudulent audit to HUD-OIG investigators and got case # HL-10-0465 closed. We will get the case reopened with the help of Congressman Lamar Smith and call for criminal charges to be filed against ALL persons involved in the criminal conspiracy to defraud our government and our taxpayers.
In an effort to hide the crimes our corrupt city attorney Michael Bernard ( brother of White House Social Secretary Jeremy Bernard) and Police Chief William McManus issued an illegal-unconstitutional criminal trespass warning in July 2009 barring entry into City Hall and public Council meetings. They confiscated all documents provided to Council members and staff. They issued unethical/illegal instructions to ignore ALL reports of the crimes from ALL citizens. They have refused since July 1, 2009 to offer a reason for the ban, a public hearing, a trial before a judge, etc. ALL Council meetings are illegal in violation of the Open Meetings Act and ALL ordinances are voidable per the courts.
The City will lie, call my supporters and I insane or disgruntled BUT can offer no proof that we are not telling the truth. There are NO reports stating that it is legal to add extra hours to time reports and steal up to $200,000 over a four year time frame. There are no reports stating that up to $5 MILLION a YEAR for DECADES can be spent with NO Council approval, no vote, no competitive bidding, no public input, etc. and the money can be falsely written off as telephone costs to hide the fraud. The City will state that ALL reports of the crimes were investigated BUT they lie as they can not allow any investigation where persons with proof of the crimes are allowed to offer evidence and sworn testimony.
We have the proof that city attorneys coached city witnesses to lie under oath in court, in depositions, in affidavits, etc. to hide decades of fraud/theft. We have the proof that up to $ 5 MILLION a YEAR for decades was stolen/misused and then covered up with accounting fraud, falsification of government documents, falsification of audits, etc. We have the proof that up to $200,000 was stolen via fraudulent time report invoices. We have proof that city officials lied to Federal auditors from HUD-OIG to hide the fraud/theft. We can prove many, many crimes BUT our corrupt city/county work to hide the crimes.
The crimes are slowly being exposed and the criminals inside the City are being singled out one by one. Broadnax is protected while in corrupt San Antonio BUT can't be protected once he leaves our corrupt city and county.
City Councilman Diego M Bernal conspires with Occupy/Anonymous members in the middle of the night during "under the table" conversations. Bernal fans the flames under the protesters who in turn make terroristic threats in an effort to halt our exposure of the crimes and Bernal's involvement in the criminal cover-up. Bernal supports the protesters "under the table" and they in turn protect him - a win/win situation. The SAPD and Chief McManus ignore police reports detailing the 3 am phone call and ongoing Internet threats.
As in the case of the Watergate scandal- the cover-up is the crime that will bring down the San Antonio city government.
The CD associated with the attached index is being mailed to the Tacoma City Clerk. Copies are available- please contact me. Read the files concerning the Perjury of Varn and Klein and the Theft of Public Funds first as they provide detailed information of the criminal activity and cover-up.
These two videos provide information on the recent terroristic threats by Councilman Bernal's supporters inside Anonymous/Occupy and the refusal of the City/police department to protect citizens being threatened as any investigation will open the can of worms they have kept hidden for six years.
Elaine Wolff wrote this concise story a few years back. It provides some background for the six year criminal cover-up of three decades of fraud/theft. Corrupt city persons used the telephone "variable" billing account to illegally gain access to up to $5 million a year since 1982. They have lied and lied and lied stating that everything was legal BUT it is against the law to spend money behind the backs of taxpayers and grantors and then hide the theft/fraud with "creative accounting" and fake audits listing the illegal dispursements as monthly phone bills when in fact the money was spent on anything the corrupt city employees wanted to buy- with no approval/oversight/ordinances/votes/bidding/etc. Some of these funds fueled criminal schemes such as the $200,000 stolen via fake time report invoices by IG Communications and illegal contracts with huge markups steered to "friends" with no bidding or public review/city ordinance.

Attached are pictures of the criminals who recently attacked a few small businesses so that you can print them out for yourselves, employees, or if you care to post them in your window &/or a nearby pole(s).
From what is understood, so far the shoplifters are trying to pull owners/employees away from their desks posing as shoppers then one grabs anything valuable from the desk, like laptops, and runs. As far as we know they have hit shops with single female business owners or employees in attendance so let's keep ears out for each other!
The 2nd flyer is a guy who vandalized multiple small business windows scratching right into the glass creating permanent costly damage. There is video of him doing this.
If you see any of them, call 911 immediately! The police are aware of them.
I send this to you because I care about the businesses that have been hurt and care about everyone's safety this season. Trust your gut & keep your eyes open to "casings."

Print is dead. Long live print. A group of Tacoma artist/writer/designers/photographers are launching an counter-intuitive art media project. it's a quarterly magazine of sorts, but not the type that would ever compete with The Trib or The Volcano. It's called Rotator (the quarterly portfolio of Pacific Northwest anti-suburban arts and industry) and is meant to be more of a piece of art than a piece of journalism. Each of the limited run of 500 issues will have a hand-letterpressed cover and include a handmade insert. The articles--there are articles, written by folks like Michael Sullivan, Dennis Flannigan, Mary Boone, Art Chantry, and me--are about arts, music, industry, and design. But each one is lovingly designed--really designer showcase stuff with huge spreads of imagery and the occasional hand-lettered article. Each copy will probably sell for around twenty bucks--a lot for a magazine but cheap for a piece of art. Lance Kagey is a driving force, but other artists and designers include Chloe and Chelsey Scheffe, Tyler Kalberg, James Stowe and a bunch of other Puget Sound artsy types. The magazine will also have a lovingly-coded online version, created by Adam Welch and Waymond Hampton, meant to be just as much a piece of art.Anyway, we've all been busting our tushes on this thing for the last few months. The first issue will come out at an opening party on Friday, October 14 at Fulcrum Gallery at 7 p.m.
There is very little advertising and each ad is designed as a piece of art as well.

Next Monday 9/26, the King County Council is planning to act on a new ordinance to allow digital billboards, a decision being made without public awareness. This radical change will create visual pollution in our landscape for the rest of our lives (think I-5 corridor, the Fife/Milton tribal lands).

Beyond aesthetics the most relevant would be the tremendous wasted energy consumption (equivalent to 13-30 houses per face) and driver distraction and safety studies with one about to be released by the Federal Highway (FHWA).
In 1961, our civic leaders adopted the Washington State Advertising Control Act, which guaranteed to faithfully protect our state from more unsightly billboards. Over the years, numerous cities surrounding King County have successfully stopped additional billboard growth. After 5 decades, King County Council is receiving recommendation from their Transportation, Economy and Environment committee to allow billboards that are brighter, flashier and more distracting than before.
During the County’s budget cuts, that have to reduce spending on roads and services, they have chosen to spend time and our tax-dollars focusing on a singular request by Clear Channel Outdoor with no financial benefit back to the County.
In just the past few months, all across the country, jurisdictions are quickly standing up to ban digital billboards. Those who haven’t are now regretting this public giveaway.
This item is scheduled to be on the full Council agenda next Monday, 9.26.11 at King County Courthouse (Council Chambers, 12th floor) 516 3rd Ave. at 1:30.
